The Justice Conference
The Justice Conference, like most things in 2021, looked a lot different to usual as it moved online. We worked with them to create a new site to promote the event, and have a lifespan afterwards.
Easy to edit website
The Justice Conference is a global movement with events running in x countries over the world. Previously the UK Justice Conference site was a clone from a different countries, but proved difficult and costly for the UK team to edit to tailor for their UK audience.
We built the new website in WordPress using a custom built page editor. The editor allows them to select any combination of pre-built components, customise them and arrange their positioning on the page using a drag and drop interface. This gives massive flexibility to build different types of pages, while always preserving the brands integrity with pre-styled components.
Re-purposing imagery
One of the biggest marketing challenges of a physical conference moving online is that all of the great imagery you’ve built up over the last few years is now advertising the wrong thing. Images of crowds of people packed into a room don’t really work when the whole country is in lockdown! We re-purposed the conference photography by taking images of people watching things on their TV and laptops, and imposing images of keynote speakers from last years event over the screen – which much better portrayed what The Justice Conference 2021 would look like.
